Our Aim
Our aim is to offer a tailored, gentle yoga based movement, breathing and relaxation/mindfulness techniques at your next conference, workshop, team building event or as a regular addition to your workplace wellness program.

We work with businesses wanting to assist their management and staff to relieve and manage workplace stress and promote employee wellbeing.
How Does It Work?
Studio Option
Our fully equipped, boutique studio is a calm, nurturing space. The studio is located centrally in Swansea and can accommodate up to 8 participants
On-Site Option
We can come to you and deliver a session before, after or during your day, at your conference room or your work/office space. Preferably in a quiet space if one is available.
Organisers can schedule a time that suits them: before or after work or at lunchtime
Sessions can be 30-60 mins
Participants will require a yoga mat or towel
