Policies

When you register to our app you will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions, Release & Waiver of Liability. 

It is your responsibility to make your Yoga Teacher aware of any Medical conditions so that they can provide you with modifications or options for your safety.

This information remains private and confidential and should be updated if at any time your medical conditions change.

Terms & Conditions

I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

If I experience any pain or discomfort, it is my responsibility to listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the teacher.

I understand that I may rest at any time during the class, and respect the limits of my body on any given day.

I understand that Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions and it is my responsibility to consult a doctor prior to participation in a class if I am unsure.

I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. If my health conditions should change I agree to complete a new Waiver of Liability form to advise the Yoga Teacher

Release & Waiver of Liability

I have carefully read, fully understand and agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in yoga classes.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims I may have hereafter against Ease & Flow Yoga and it's Teachers for any personal injury, negligence and loss or damage of personal property.

I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognise that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Health Conditions

This may include but is not limited to serious illness, recent surgery, injuries.  If you are taking any medication that may affect your yoga practice, if you have any conditions which require special care such as back, neck, knee issues or any mental health conditions.  If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are post-natal you have a duty to inform the yoga teacher. Please list below any health conditions that your teacher should know about.

Cancellation & Credits

Class pass credits for will be provided for cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the class or if less the 12 hours for extenuating circumstances.

Workshop cancellations may be rescheduled (if there is another event within 6 months) or exchanged for classes of the equivalent value.  A workshop credit will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Refunds are not available

Pass credits are not transferrable (may be consdered for extenuating circumstances

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed by the date specified on the voucher.  Once redeemed the expiry will be based on the class pass expiry validity.
