Love Your Back

Back stiffness or pain is a problem that many people have to deal with on a daily basis.  According to the Bureau of Statistics it is estimated that 70-90% of us will, at some stage of our lives suffer from low back pain.

​

Yoga is an effective  and holistic practice to deal with these issues, and can help to build stability, strength and mobility in the low back.  No previous yoga experience required.

​

In this workshop we will work through gentle postures (slow movement), and focus on breath techniques to release, stabilise and strengthen the muscles and reduce tension and stiffness.
